When you create an account on Sellix, you agree to the Sellix Terms of Service. If you breach these terms we may temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

We suspend users when we detect that your activity presents a security risk to Sellix.

If you’ve been suspended from Sellix, you’ll see a message letting you know when you try to log in. If we suspend your account or shop, you will see an error code when attempting to sign in to Sellix.

Can you tell me specifically why I was suspended?

User security and safety is always at top of mind, and we don’t take violations of our policies lightly. For this reason, we do not disclose the reason why a singular account has been suspended.

This policy is in place to protect the identities of those who reported the offender.

Who makes the final decisions?

We do not make these decisions lightly. Our compliance team is a group of Sellix staff members who have undergone extensive training to ensure platform concurrence, security and integrity.

We've taken particular care to ensure that the compliance team includes individuals from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of life experiences that help make fair and informed decisions.

At this moment, we don't offer a formal appeals process. In addition, any other accounts that you own, or are associated with the suspended account will also be suspended.
