When you create an account on Sellix, you agree to the Sellix Terms of Service. If you breach these terms we may temporarily or permanently terminate your account.

We suspend businesses when we detect that the activity they perform presents a security risk to Sellix.

If you’ve been terminated from Sellix, you’ll see a message letting you know when you try to log in. If we terminate your account, your customers will no longer be able to access your shop.

Can you tell me specifically why I was suspended?

User security and safety are always at the top of our minds, and we don’t take violations of our policies lightly. For this reason, we do not disclose the reason why a singular account has been suspended.


This policy is in place to protect the identities of those who reported the offender.

Who makes the final decisions?

We do not make these decisions lightly. Our compliance team is a group of Sellix staff members who have undergone extensive training to ensure platform concurrence, security, and integrity.

We've taken particular care to ensure that the compliance team includes individuals from a variety of backgrounds with a variety of life experiences that help make fair and informed decisions.


Can I appeal this termination?​
At this moment, we don't offer a formal appeals process. In addition, any other accounts that you own, or are associated with the terminated account will also be terminated.
