I understand that not getting what you paid for is extremely frustrating - trust me, I've been there. I'm going to try my best to share with you how Sellix operates and the process for refunds.

My order was canceled. Where is my money?

On Sellix, when a cryptocurrency-based order is canceled the funds are automatically sent to the business through their payout pool. Sellix does not withhold in our escrow in any scenario if it's above the minimum.

How can I request a refund?

In any case, refunds are not processed or handled by Sellix. Sellix offers the processing and gateway for payments to be sent to the business: this means that Sellix does not hold any of the funds.

To request a full refund and/or exchange of any goods or services, it is best to contact the business directly.

In most relative cases, you are able to contact a shop using the following methods:

  • using a Sellix-managed contact form on their page

  • using a third-party installed support app, such as Crisp Chat

  • using a social media messaging app, such as Discord or Telegram

However, more on the subject of refunds, please continue reading on:

Cryptocurrency transactions

A crypto transaction cannot be reversed, it can only be refunded by the person receiving the funds. This means you should take care to do business with people and organizations you know and trust, or who have an established reputation.

PayPal transactions

If you have questions about using PayPal, then visit the PayPal Help Center. You should be able to open a dispute directly with PayPal if you've exhausted all of your options.

Debit/Credit Card transactions

Since you have paid through a Debit/Credit Card, there isn't much we can do to help. These payments are processed by our partner, Stripe. The only way you can get your money back is to open a chargeback dispute with your bank or debit/credit card provider.

Note: We urge you to exhaust your resources to get into contact with the merchant before opening a dispute.
