We understand that you may need to blacklist a fraudulent customer. We've made that extremely simple.

Blacklisting a customer from your shop

  • Go to Fraud Shield › Blacklists

  • Click on Add Blacklist

  • Select the type of input data to blacklist (e.g: the customer's IP address)

  • Paste the customer's IP in the Blocked Data form

  • Once completed click Save Blacklist

Congratulations, you've blocked a customer's IP address. This specific IP address will never be able to purchase anything from your shop going forward.

Do note: You are also able to block customer's Email Addresses, Countries, ISPs, ASNs, and Hosts.
