You can leave a feedback by going on the order confirmation email - the one that says "Order Completed" - and clicking the purple link located at the bottom right, as shown in the screenshot below. You will then be able to select the amount of stars and write a small review.

Why can't I find my confirmation email?

The order confirmation email might be delivered to the spam folder. If that happens, we advise you to add the email address notice@orders.sellix.io to your contact list in order to avoid this problem in the future.

Why can't I leave a feedback?

Some sellers may set up a limited warranty for their products. We strongly recommend to read the terms and conditions as well as the warranty page of each seller before purchasing. If the warranty has expired, you will not be able to write a feedback for that specific order.
