How do I change my password?

We believe in changing your password once every 3 months to ensure account security

It is advisable to use a password manager to safely store and generate passwords. This will prevent attackers from gaining access to your business.

Access your security settings

If at any time you'd like to change your Sellix account password, navigate to the security settings page.

Changing your password

Once you're at the security settings page, you'll have to first input your current password. Without this, you will not be able to continue changing your password.

After you've entered your current password, enter your new password and confirm it. Once complete, click on "Save Settings". Changing your password will also sign everyone out of your account.

Be sure to save your password somewhere safe. Otherwise, a safe and sound congratulations on changing your password.

Reset your password

To reset your password, please request a password reset email by clicking this link.

The email should arrive within a minute and contain a link that will bring you to the page where you'll be asked to create a new password. Learn more about resetting your password.
