If you are a customer of a Sellix-powered shop, and you need help with an order that you placed in that shop, then you need to contact the shop directly.

Sellix sadly cannot act as a mediator in regard to order inquiries. When you place an order that is powered by Sellix, you're ordering directly from that shop. Shops are responsible for their own policies, business practices, and the products that they provide.

What can you do?

In most relative cases, you are able to contact a shop using the following methods:

  • using a Sellix-managed contact form on their page

  • using a third-party installed support app, such as Crisp Chat

  • using a social media messaging app, such as Discord or Telegram

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, Sellix has a commitment to the businesses that use our platform to keep their private information confidential.

Therefore, we sadly can’t independently share information about them or their business without their consent (unless you provide a legal request for information), including whether or not a shop is using Sellix services.

PayPal transactions

If you have questions about using PayPal, then visit the PayPal Help Center. You should be able to open a dispute directly with PayPal if you've exhausted all of your options.

Debit/Credit Card transactions

Since you have paid through a Debit/Credit Card, there isn't much we can do to help. These payments are processed by our partner, Stripe. The only way you can get your money back is to open a chargeback dispute with your bank or debit/credit card provider.

Cryptocurrency transactions

A crypto transaction cannot be reversed, it can only be refunded by the person receiving the funds. This means you should take care to do business with people and organizations you know and trust, or who have an established reputation.

Forward-thinking support

If you go to a McDonald's and request for a refund or otherwise replacement for a faulty burger, you go to the establishment (franchise) and not corporate. This is the same principle here at Sellix.

In any case, Sellix is not a home fraudulent and/or any business that scams customers. This is taken very seriously at Sellix and we advise you to report the seller using the "Flag" icon on their shop.
