While we're honestly sad to see you go - we understand. Our billing team is always a message away and will help you through the process of a refund.

However, there are some requirements for a refund on your subscription. This includes the following:

  1. Not use any of the payments infrastructure provided

  2. Business account is in good standing and not be subscribed for ~14 days

Include the following with your request

  1. Sellix Invoice ID (you can find this in the payment email confirmation)

  2. PayPal Transaction ID (you can find in your PayPal dashboard or payment email confirmation)

  3. Reason for requesting a refund

Request the subscription refund

Contact our billing team with the requested information above and we'll work to process the refund within 3-7 business days if the payment was done through PayPal or your Debit/Credit Card.

In some cases where the payment was done through cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereuem, etc it may take up to 3-14 business days for a full refund.
