I clicked save changes, but nothing happened... Why?
To keep load times below 500ms, we cache your store page every time you save something. This means that we have a saved version for every change you make, ready to be displayed to your customers to improve their experience when visiting your store.
When you save something new, you just have to wait until the new changes are reflected in your online store!
How long until my changes are live?
Usually, your modifications will be live and accessible within a maximum of 120 seconds. On average, this process typically completes in about 30 seconds.
My changes haven't appeared after 120 seconds, what should I do?
If 120 seconds have passed and your changes are still not visible, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Clear your storefront theme's cache manually: You can manually clear your storefront theme's cache by navigating to your Themes page and utilizing the "Clear theme cache" button.
Troubleshooting your changes: If your changes are still not appearing after clearing the cache, make sure your changes have been applied and saved via our Theme editor appropriately.
