The Sellix Reward System
The reward system has a very simple purpose: improve customer retention, increase sales and provide a better overall experience, whilst also helping businesses collect more feedback.
It can be accessed at dashboard.sellix.io/customers/rewards.
Configuration
You can find below all the available configurations, options and pages where this feature is enabled on the merchant dashboard.
This Top Up Bonus also works for customers that are using a merchant's affiliate system: if they refer 10 users and those 10 users make the affiliate customer earn $X, then they will receive an additional $Y.
Customer Portal
Your customers will also be able to see all the rewards that have been issued to them through your customer portal (YourStoreName.mysellix.io/customer/auth).
Themes and Checkout
Your customers will be prompted automatically at various points of the checkout or after a payment is completed, and we will show the full reward availability as well.
