Set up Frequently Asked Questions for your customers.

Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) can help your customers find quick solutions to their problems without the need to contact support, thereby enhancing their overall experience with your product or service.

How to add FAQ?

Navigate to Themes > Customize, then click the FAQ page on your storefront. Now, you will be able to modify the content of your FAQ page using the navigation menu on the left.

If you cannot find your FAQ page, ensure it is added to your navigation menu first.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot edit the FAQ content of your storefront, make sure your theme is updated to the latest version. If that does not help, feel free to reach out to our Support team for further assistance.
