My customers do not see PayPal as their payment option

To accept PayPal payments, you have to enable PayPal as your product's payment option first. You can do this by editing each one of your products' payment options, or simply use our Utils to enable specific payment options for all of your products at once.

To resolve this issue, your customers can try the following solutions:

  • Clear their browser's cache

  • Try again with a different browser

  • Disable VPN or a proxy

  • Run an antivirus scan

  • Disable any software that might interfere with their network

  • Try again with a different device

If the solutions above do not help, you can manually whitelist your customers' email address or IP address by using our whitelist feature.

If whitelisting your customers does not resolve the issue, we suggest you reconnect your PayPal account with Sellix.
