Access and withdraw old revenue with the new Sellix Pay 2.0

If you have set up the new Sellix Pay 2.0 wallet, you might notice that your old revenue is not immediately visible. This is completely normal, and your earnings are still secure. Continue reading to learn how to access your previous balance.

Where is my balance?

Setting up the new Sellix Pay 2.0 wallet results in the creation of a new, personal wallet. This upgrade provides enhanced features - including cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, and swaps, directly from your Sellix Dashboard.

However, your new wallet will initially have no balance because it is newly generated. Rest assured, your old revenue remains safe and accessible.

How do I access my old revenue?

  1. Go to your cryptocurrency settings page and update your addresses, if necessary.

  2. Navigate to your Balances page and request a withdrawal.

Please note that after onboarding the new wallet, these pages will not be visible in the navigation bar and can only be accessed via the direct links provided above.
