Integrating Google Analytics
To track and analyze your store's performance using Google Analytics, follow these simple steps to integrate it with your storefront.
Log in to your Sellix account (if you haven't already)
Visit the Sellix App Store
Locate the Google Analytics panel within the App Store.
Input the Google Tag ID
Click the Install button next to the Google Analytics option
Obtaining your Google Tag ID
To connect Google Analytics to your storefront, you need your Google Tag ID. Here’s how to get it:
Sign in to Google Analytics:
Go to Google Analytics.
Sign in with your Google account.
Access Admin Settings:
In the bottom left corner, click on Admin.
Create a Property:
In the Property column, click Create Property.
Follow the prompts to set up your property and get your Google Tag ID.
Find the Google Tag ID:
Once the property is created, navigate to Tracking Info under the Property column.
Click Tracking Code. You will see your Tracking ID (formatted as
UA-XXXXXXXXX-X
). This is your Google Tag ID.
Congratulations! Your Google Analytics is now connected to your storefront. You can start monitoring and analyzing your store’s performance through your Google Analytics dashboard.
